
Delivery Policy
1. Digital Delivery of Artwork
- Upon completion of your donation, you will receive a unique digital artwork as a token of appreciation for your contribution.
- The artwork will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Delivery is typically instant or within 24 hours after the transaction is successfully processed.
2. Delivery Method
- All artwork is delivered in digital format (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF) via email or can be accessed by logging into your Give and Get Fundraising account (use the same email as used in purchase). Access your account here: (insert account log-in link)
3. Issues with Delivery
- If you do not receive your digital artwork within the specified timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder first.
- If the artwork is still missing, please contact our support team at support@giveandgetfundraising.com with your donation details, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
- Since our artwork is delivered digitally and tied to donations, all transactions are final, and refunds cannot be issued.
- If you experience issues with the digital file (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect artwork), we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
